This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Suppliers (herein referred to as “Proponent”) to submit Proposals for the implementation of a Cloud Hosted Phone system. The Porcupine Health Unit (“Purchaser, hereafter referred to as the Health unit) aims to modernize its communication infrastructure to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

SCOPE OF WORK

Working with the Health Unit IT Department:

1. Conduct a thorough assessment of the Health Unit’s existing communication infrastructure.
2. Design and implement a customized cloud-hosted phone system tailored to the Health Unit’s requirements.
3. Provide comprehensive training to employees on using the new system effectively.
4. Offer ongoing technical support, maintenance, and system updates.
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards.
